These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rescue Response Group website located at www.rescueresponsegroup.org ("the Website") and your interactions with Rescue Response Group Ltd (trading as Rescue Response Group, "RRG", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Website, or by submitting an Expression of Interest or other enquiry to RRG, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2.1 PERMITTED USE

3.1 EOI SUBMISSIONS

By submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) via the Website, you acknowledge and agree that:

Submission of an EOI does not constitute an offer of membership, employment, or engagement with RRG
RRG is under no obligation to respond to, accept, or act upon any EOI
RRG may contact you using the details you provide to follow up on your enquiry
All information you submit must be accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge

3.2 VOLUNTEER ENGAGEMENT

If RRG accepts your EOI and you are engaged as a volunteer, your participation will be governed by a separate Volunteer Agreement and RRG's operational doctrine, including the CONOPS and relevant Standard Operating Procedures.

Nothing in these Terms or any EOI submission creates a legally binding obligation on either party to proceed with a volunteer engagement.

3.3 DONOR AND SUPPORT ENQUIRIES

Submission of a donor or support enquiry does not constitute a binding financial commitment. Any financial support will be subject to a separate agreement and, where applicable, receipt of official documentation for tax purposes.

Rescue Response Group is an approved Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR). Donations may be tax-deductible. Official documentation will be provided for eligible contributions.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 OUR CONTENT

All content on the Website, including text, images, graphics, logos, documentation, and other materials ("Content"), is owned by or licensed to RRG and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written consent.

4.2 LIMITED LICENCE

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Website and its Content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only.

6.3 AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

7. Disaster Response Disclaimer

RRG is an emerging, volunteer-based non-profit organisation in active development. Our capability is being built progressively and in alignment with international standards.

Nothing on this Website constitutes a guarantee, commitment, or representation that RRG will respond to any particular event or request for assistance. RRG operates on an invited-deployment basis only, consistent with our Concept of Operations and operational doctrine.

The Website is not an emergency response service. In the event of an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. RRG does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content or practices of any linked website.
